2) Russian Empire would still exist. Soviet Union nor Russian Federation were never exist. Russian Empire and US would maintain friendly relationship up to now.
3) There would be no World War II. The collapse of German Empire after World War I brought German people live in poverty and multidimensional crisis. By this, has come one savior of German people: Adolf Hitler.
